The TurboChef® 30" Double Wall Speedcook Oven has both a top and bottom cook cavity. The top cook cavity incorporates our remarkable Airspeed TechnologyTM – previously available only to commercial restaurants around the world – which can prepare food of exquisite quality up to fifteen times faster than a conventional oven. Additionally, you can operate the top cavity as a standard microwave or convection oven. The bottom cavity perfectly complements the high-performance top cavity by performing a variety of functions. It can be used as a traditional convection oven, or double as a warming drawer, proofing oven, or conventional oven. The lower cavity performance is comparable to other high-end ovens.

Our revolutionary interface offers over 1,000 preprogrammed food items organized by the type of cooking being performed (bake, roast, etc.). Just specify the amount and starting state, and the oven knows exactly how to cook your item, using the settings developed by our expert culinary team.

Although even the most adamant skeptics are consistently amazed when they see the oven in action, we understand if you want more control over your more delicate or specialized recipes. For this reason, we have also included a simple interface through which you can interact with the oven’s high-performance technology, allowing you to modify and rename any setting. Once you determine your meal is cooked to your satisfaction, you can save the item to the Favorites menu for easy access the next time you wish to cook that item. The Favorites menu can hold up to 10,000 settings.

Never Outdated
The oven features a USB port at the top of the frame, which allows you to download new cook settings from your thumb drive as they are developed by our chefs.
