Aside from the food, the activities, and ultimate relaxation, this 100-year-old resort does have one amenity that, in the eyes of the children, outshines them all. On Friday December 18th, Grand View will send out Santa’s elves to tuck in the children of the resort. The experience is magical as the elves show up to the front door of your cabin and ask the children what they want for Christmas and what they should report back to Santa.
“Last year when we were doing the Santa’s Elves Tuck-in, every child’s face lit up when we came to the door,” said Operations Manager Kelby Klimek. “One kid was so surprised he opened the front door that he slammed it in our face and started screaming of excitement.”
To add to the experience, Santa is at breakfast each Saturday morning, and will now make 15-20 minute visits to your cabin.
When you look back on your Christmas in years to come there is no reason to see yourself frazzled and haggard by the holidays. Let a getaway at Grand View Lodge melt away your stress and deliver an unforgettable holiday. Just bring your family and give them a Christmas they won’t forget.
